We just got a juicy new look at Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation III, and pucha… it’s coming in hot. A brand-new promotional video is out, the ending theme has been revealed, and the season is officially set for an early July launch. If you’ve been waiting like we wait for anticuchos at midnight, this is our moment.

Lo nuevo en Mushoku Tensei III

Video de YouTube

The third season dropped its third promotional video, and it does what a good PV should do: tease, flex, and leave us wanting more. Along with new footage, the big announcement is the ending theme song: “Inori, Owareba” (If the Prayers Are Over), performed by Mika Nakashima.

And here comes the mostro detail: the lyrics and music were written by Shinoda, guitarist and vocalist of Hitorie. Yes, the same band that previously brought the energy with season 2’s second opening, “On The Frontline”. It feels like the production team is cooking with a seasoned wok—same heat, new flavor.

Música que pega: opening y ending

We’re getting a full musical combo, like ceviche with its chicha bien helada:

  • Opening theme: “Ketsui no Uta” (Song of Resolve) by Yuiko Ōhara.
  • Ending theme: “Inori, Owareba” by Mika Nakashima, written by Shinoda (Hitorie).

We’re not going to lie: when an anime locks in both opening and ending with intention, it usually means the emotional damage is planned. Asumadre.

Arco y nuevos personajes: Eris vuelve al ring

Season III will cover the “Eris Training Arc” storyline, which kicks off starting from volume 13 of the original novel series. This isn’t just “more adventures.” This is training, growth, and the kind of pressure that turns characters into diamonds… or into a stress ball we can’t stop squeezing.

We’re also welcoming new cast members, and they’re not arriving quietly:

  • Ai Kakuma as Eris Boreas Greyrat
  • Haruka Tomatsu as Nina Farion
  • Tetsu Inada as Gal Farion

Now tell us: are we watching week to week like responsible adults, or are we turning into sleep-deprived gremlins the second episodes stack up?

Cuándo y dónde se estrena

Mark the calendar with red ink, like it’s payday:

  • Tokyo MX and BS11: July 5 at 24:00 (effectively July 6 at 12:00 a.m.)
  • Later broadcasts on Sun TV and KBS Kyoto

Streaming-wise, the franchise has been available via Crunchyroll and Hulu, including the unaired side-story OVA episode “Eris the Goblin Slayer”. If you’re catching up, this is your sign—grab snacks, hydrate, and commit to the chamba.

Un repaso rápido de la historia (sin spoilers pesados)

The core premise still hits hard: a 34-year-old shut-in dies suddenly and wakes up reborn as Rudeus Greyrat in a world of swords and sorcery—keeping his memories. This time, he’s determined to do life differently. It’s a second chance story with sharp edges, messy emotions, and moments that land like a stone in the chest.

The original story ran online on Shōsetsuka ni Narō from 2012 to 2015, then moved into print under Kadokawa’s MF Books imprint starting in 2014. The print release reached volume 26 in November 2022.

Para leer y para jugar: novelas, manga y un RPG en camino

If we want to go beyond the anime, there’s plenty on the menu. Seven Seas Entertainment has licensed:

  • The main light novel series by Rifujin na Magonote
  • The manga adaptation by Yuka Fujikawa
  • The spinoff manga Mushoku Tensei: Roxy Gets Serious (Mushoku Tensei: Roxy Datte Honki desu) by Shōko Iwami

And for the gamers in the squad: a free-to-play title, Mushoku Tensei - Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu: Chronicle of Echoes (Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation: Chronicle of Echoes), is slated to launch this year. It’s described as a “serious alternate-world x 3D battle role-playing game,” planned and released by Gree Entertainment and developed/maintained by Asobimo.

We’re ready. Now it’s your turn: what are we most hyped for—the Eris Training Arc, the Mika Nakashima ending, or the new game? Drop your pick and let’s scream about it together.
