Reincarnating inside a dating game to save the villainess from her tragic end is a fairly common concept in Japanese fiction. However, the formula changes completely when the original soul awakens to avenge the girl who tried to protect her. This Friday, the anime adaptation was announced for the fantasy light novel series written by Makiburo and illustrated by Mai Murasaki, The Person in a Villainess (Akuyaku Reijo no Naka no Hito). The producers released a first trailer and a promotional image to confirm that this project will arrive on television during 2027.
