We are absolutely shaking with excitement because our favorite bookworm is almost back. Ascendance of a Bookworm Part 3: Adopted Daughter of an Archduke is right around the corner. Pucha, we have waited quite a while for this, but the wait is finally ending. The production team just dropped a beautiful video to keep us hyped until the big day. Asumadre, the emotions are real!

A musical journey before the big debut

To keep the flame alive, the staff decided to release four special videos weekly. We just got the first one, titled Familial Love. It features a chorus version of the ending theme Ima mo, Arigatō by Erika Ikuta. It sounds like a warm hug for the soul. We love how this series always finds a way to pull at our heartstrings. But wait, there is more coming your way:

  • March 14: The second video, Fantasy, will go live.
  • March 21: We get the third video focused on Bookbinding.
  • March 28: The grand finale with the second full promotional video.

Are you ready to see Rozemyne and Ferdinand again? We definitely are!

New faces and a fresh look at Wit Studio

This new season is like a fresh coat of paint on a classic house. Wit Studio is now in charge of the animation, with Yoshiaki Iwasaki directing the show. The cast is also growing bigger and better. Pucha, the talent involved is just mostro! We are welcoming legendary voices like Yukari Tamura as Georgine and Minami Takayama as Forencia. The family tree of the archdukes is getting complicated, and we are here for all the drama.

Key details you should know

We don't want you to miss a single second of this masterpiece. Here is the chamba we did to summarize the schedule:

  • Premiere Date: April 4 on Yomiuri TV and NTV.
  • Format: It will run for two consecutive cours (six months of pure joy!).
  • Opening Theme:Pages by Little Glee Monster.
  • Ending Theme:Ima mo, Arigatō by Erika Ikuta.

The story of Myne—now Rozemyne—is a marathon, not a sprint. Watching her climb the social ladder just to read a book is a metaphor for our own daily struggles, don't you think? Sometimes life gives you lemons, but Rozemyne makes high-quality paper out of them. Asumadre, she really is a genius!

We are counting down the days until April. Will Rozemyne finally find the peace she needs to read in her new life? Tell us in the comments which new character you are most excited to see! Don't forget to share this news with your fellow otakus so nobody stays behind when the library doors open again.
