The Isekai Multi-Mind Mayhem Officially Announces Its Anime Series
A noble harbors the mind of a samurai and a modern student to conquer his kingdom.

Having three different voices arguing inside your own head sounds like a pretty serious psychiatric problem. In the realm of Japanese fantasy, it's the ultimate tactical advantage to conquer a kingdom. This Friday, the anime adaptation was announced for the series of light novels of isekai written by Ryousen Takami and illustrated by Ririnra, Multi-Mind Mayhem. The publisher AlphaPolis confirmed the project by sharing a first promotional image focused directly on the hero of the story.

Details of Multi-Mind Mayhem
The official statement omitted any technical details about the animated production. For now, there is no estimated premiere date nor a publicly assigned animation studio. The only concrete revelation falls on the shoulders of the protagonist, confirming the first talent that will join the main seiyuu cast to play this complex role of multiple personalities:
- Yusuke Kobayashi as Bard Cornelius.
The iconic actor world-renowned for lending his voice to Subaru Natsuki in Re:Zero and to Senku Ishigami in Dr. STONE.
About the Work
Ryousen Takami built this literary narrative under the seal of the company AlphaPolis. The peculiar mix of personalities managed to hook Japanese readers quite quickly. The commercial success of the written format propelled a manga adaptation by the artist Honoji. This graphic version has been publishing uninterrupted since 2015 and is about to release its fourteenth compiled volume. Adding both formats, the franchise currently exceeds the mark of 1.35 million copies sold.
Synopsis of Multi-Mind Mayhem
The plot follows Bard Cornelius, the young son of a noble family belonging to the kingdom of Mauricia. His body harbors an unusual secret: three totally distinct consciousnesses operate from his brain. In addition to his own mind, Bard coexists with the soul of a veteran samurai expert in combat and finances, along with the spirit of a modern high school student who loves technology and girls with animal ears. Using the combined wisdom of these three lives, the boy begins to manage his lands, invent profitable products, and win battles to change the future of his nation.
Do you think the animation studio will manage to visually represent the internal discussions of these three minds in a fluid way?
