Mitsudomoe

In the uproarious anime Mitsudomoe, the Marui triplets—Mitsuba, Futaba, and Hitoha—are three 11-year-old sisters with personalities as distinct as they are chaotic. The eldest, Mitsuba, is a sadistic and surprisingly mature schemer; the middle child, Futaba, is a perverted athletic powerhouse; and the youngest, Hitoha, is a quiet bookworm who harbors a hidden, formidable strength.

Their new teacher, the hapless Yabe Satoshi, finds his classroom turned upside down by their antics, as the girls take it upon themselves to meddle in his personal life. With the clumsy school nurse, Kuriyama Aiko, as their target, the triplets embark on a series of unorthodox and hilariously misguided attempts to play matchmaker. What follows is a whirlwind of comedy, misunderstandings, and sheer madness that challenges Yabe's sanity at every turn.
