In a village perpetually shrouded in thick clouds, a gentle boy named Luka shares a deep bond with his childhood friend, Rosa. Rosa possesses a mysterious and radiant power linked to the sun, a glimmer of hope in their gloomy world.

Their quiet life is upended when a mysterious duo arrives, suggesting to Rosa a way to finally clear the sky. At the same time, Luka finds his own heart stirred by the arrival of a traveling band, whose music and stories of the outside world awaken a yearning for something more.
