Kimi no Iro

In the anime Kimi no Iro, high school student Totsuko possesses a unique synesthesia-like ability: she can perceive the emotional 'colors' of people around her. Her world is forever changed when she encounters Kimi, a classmate who radiates the most beautiful hue she has ever seen.

Drawn together by this connection, Totsuko—who doesn't play an instrument—forms a band with Kimi and Rui, a quiet music enthusiast they meet. As the trio practices in a secluded old church on a remote island, their shared journey through music begins to weave deep bonds of friendship and budding affection, challenging each of them to discover their own true colors and the harmonies they create together.
