Karaoke Iko!

Karaoke Iko! is an anime where the worlds of high school club life and organized crime collide in the most unexpected way: through the power of song. The story follows Satomi Oka, the earnest and talented president of her school's chorus club.

Her quiet life is upended when she is approached by Kyoji Narita, a young yakuza member whose group holds a perilous, traditional karaoke competition. The loser is forced to get a tattoo, and with his own singing skills lacking, Kyoji desperately enlists Satomi as his vocal coach.

Thrust into this bizarre arrangement, Satomi has no choice but to guide her unlikely student. This anime explores their unusual partnership, blending comedy, tension, and heartfelt moments as they connect through their shared, albeit forced, passion for music.
