In the prestigious world of wine, a legendary inheritance battle begins. After the death of world-renowned critic Yutaka Kanzaki, his extraordinary wine collection, valued at over 12 billion yen, is left to the winner of a unique contest. The challenge is to identify the origin and vintage of thirteen legendary wines, culminating in the mythical "The Drops of God".

The competitors are his estranged son, Shizuku Kanzaki, who possesses immense theoretical knowledge but has never tasted wine, and his adopted son, the brilliant and charismatic critic Issei Tomine.
