GROTESQQQUE is an original anime anthology born from the creative collaboration between director Atsushi Nishigori and studio CloverWorks. This project presents three distinct, self-contained original animations, each exploring a different facet of the bizarre and unsettling.

The anthology consists of Q1 - AELIENS, Q2 - Yotsuyushika★Shoujo, and Q3 - Nocturne: Kono Grotesque Yoru ni. While each segment features its own unique plot, characters, and visual style, they are unified by a shared exploration of grotesque themes—delving into the strange, the otherworldly, and the beautifully disturbing aspects of reality and fantasy.
