In the peculiar town of Most City, the editorial office of the Delusional Monthly Magazine operates from an old building. This unique publication specializes in documenting the world's most bizarre scientific phenomena and unexplained events that baffle even the greatest minds.

The anime follows the small, eccentric staff: the beautiful editor-in-chief, her sole human editor Tarou J. Suzuki, the grade-school assistant Jirou Tanaka, and his dog Saburou. They often spend their time in the coffee shop downstairs, until the day a scientist named Gorou Satou arrives with a strange consultation. This encounter sparks the beginning of their most outlandish and delusionally scientific adventure yet.

The story blends quirky comedy with scientific mystery, exploring themes of curiosity, the limits of conventional science, and the wonder found in the unexplainable.
