Discotek Deep Dives is an initiative aimed at bringing the entire Discotek Media catalog to our disposal. Yes, you read that right, the entire catalog. At least, to the extent that it is available, as the company claims.

Back to the Future: Enjoy the titles that are becoming hard to find

MediaOCD plans to add 20 to 30 Discotek titles per month to its store for pre-order, prioritizing those that are becoming hard to find. Are you looking for the Angel Cop series or the Crusher Joe movie? Don't worry, they're on the list. The company has announced that the first titles to be added include a variety of classics that will make us relive our glory days of anime.

Get ready for the wave of nostalgia

The titles that will start shipping in mid-February are already available for pre-order. So you can start preparing for a wave of nostalgia. But why did MediaOCD decide to do this now? It turns out that another retailer, confirmed as Crunchyroll through a post on the Discotek Media subreddit, began to withdraw a large part of its catalog, including titles that are not out of stock. This encouraged MediaOCD to start the Discotek Deep Dives project.
