In a flooded future Japan, the fate of the world hangs in the balance between two powerful organizations. On one side is JESAS, a government military foundation with a ruthless vision for the country's revival, deploying pilots in advanced robotic weaponry. On the other is the Green Frontier, an international agency fighting to protect the ravaged Earth.

The anime follows four young pilots—Kanna and Kazuto of JESAS, and Doota Kang and Mira Yu of Green Frontier—whose paths collide. Their passion for duty, burgeoning friendships, and conflicting loyalties will become the crucible in which the planet's future is decided.
