In the vibrant world of Kimi to Idol Precure♪, second-year middle school student Sakura Uta lives with a song in her heart. Her life changes forever when she meets Purirun, a fairy from the now-darkened KirakiLand, who is searching for the Legendary Protectors known as the Idol Precure.

With the sparkle of the townspeople being stolen by the mischievous Chokkiri Gang, Uta's determination to bring back the light ignites. Declaring "I want to make it sparkle sparkly! Here is my song!", she transforms into Cure Idol. This magical girl anime follows Uta as she sings, dances, and spreads joy, fighting to restore sparkle to a world shrouded in darkness through the power of music and performance.
